Color Orthophotograph 1 meter / pixel (1998-2001) Produced by agreement of IECA, Regional Department of Environment and Regional Department of Agriculture .It is a mosaic resulting from the scanning (21 micrometer resolution), orthorectification and matching of aerial photographies taken mainly between 1998 and 1999 at 1:60.000 scale. The western block of the region was flown in 1998, except the Coast of Huelva, Campo de Gibraltar (2000) and the fringe of contact between the provinces of Sevilla and Cadiz (1999). The eastern part of Andalusia, to the east of a line joining Malaga and Cordoba, was flown in 1999 except the area around the city of Almeria and Campo de Dalías (2001). The final orthophoto, with one meter spatial resolution, is distributed by MTA10.000 sheets in JP2000 (.jp2) format for downloading. A web map service (wms) for visualisation is also provided.
