Color Orthophotograph 0.5 meter / pixel (2010-2011) was produced by IECA and the National Geographic Institute by mutual agreement for the development of the National Plan of Aerial Orthophotography ( PNOA ). It is the result of the orthorectification and building up of two sets of 45 cm. mosaics of aerial photographies, one taken in 2010 (southern half of the region, except Huelva province) and the other in 2011 ( northern half and western end).
This orthophotography, having a final resolution of 50 cms., is distributed by MTA10.000 sheets in JP2000 (.jp2) format to be downloaded. A web map service (wms) for visualisation is also provided.
