Vector Topographic Map of Andalusia 1: 10,000 (2006-2007) is the official map at 1: 10.000 scale of the territory of the autonomous region. There are two previous analog versions of this map (1993-1997 and 2001-2002) made by photogrammetric restitution of aerial photographs.

The series of topographic maps are cartographical documents that represent the most significant elements of the territory using conventional symbols: relief, geographical names, hydrography, roads and transport infrastructures, buildings, administrative boundaries, etc.

Vector Topographic Map of Andalusia 1: 10,000 (2006-2007) comes from updating the vector map 2001-2002 by 2D photointerpretation of the Orthophoto 2006-2007. The result was the cartographic database called Vector Topographic Map of Andalusia (2006-2007), which has been edited for its presentation as a web map service (WMS).

It is available in separate coverages in shapefile format, which are organized according to the typical classification of topographic issues.
