Map of the Euroregion Algarve - Alentejo - Andalusia 1:600.000 (2014) was made to disseminate the geographical and territorial features of the three regions. Its scope is the presentation of the whole territory of these border regions at scale 1:600.000.

This product is the result of joint work for the definition of a strategic framework for cross-border cooperation and aims to promote territorial cohesion and reinforce the spatial image of the three regions. It is development, besides IECA, CCDR (Comissão de Coordenação e Desenvolvimento Regional) of Algarve and and CCDR of Alentejo, together with National Mapping bodies of Spain and Portugal cooperated.

Its contents are based on the integration and updating of various sources, being the Lambert Conformal Conic ETRS89 the Coordinate Reference System adopted. It includes 10 maps showing the spatial distribution of statistical indicators of the physical and socioeconomic environment.

This map is available in PDF (.pdf), JP2000 (.jp2) formats for downloading and as interoperable web service for visualization (WMS ).
