Prices of statistical publications are based on the AGREEMENT of May 6, 2003, of the Governing Council, which sets retail prices for goods, services and activities provided by the Institute of Statistics of Andalusia (BOJA No 98, 2003).
Prices of cartographic publications are governed by the ORDER of November 14, 2006, which updates the public prices of the reproduction of goods resulting from regional cartographic production (BOJA No. 232, 2006), as well as in the price orders for each product not included in the previous order.
The Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia provides a specialized service, aimed at advising the user in the search of statistical and mapping information as well as solving any doubts that may arise about the information published. In cases in which the requested information is not available on the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia website, whenever this information can be exploited and statistical confidentiality complied with, a customized exploitation will be carried out from specific activities developed by the Institute. This customized work involving a cost in accordance with the Law of Public Prices, available on BOJA No 98, 2003.
The price of customized exploitation is obtained as the sum of the following two factors:
Preparation Cost: It is calculated by the number of hours devoted to the development of the customized exploitation by the staff of the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia (price/hour including VAT;In any case the user will be informed in advance of the estimate without commitment of the cost of the information requested, and after acceptance will proceed to its execution.
If no response to this budget is received within three months rejection will be assumed.

In specific requests, it will be necessary to fill in a special form with the conditions of transfer of information and the protection and use of the data provided. These forms, when necessary, will be provided and managed by the Dissemination and Publications Service.
Digital mapping and aerial photographs
Through the Digital Aerial Photo Library of Andalusia and the Maps and Orthophotographs of Andalusia Download Service. Line@ the digital maps and aerial photographs from the digital and analog flights conducted in the region can be accessed and downloaded.
Historical cartography
Through the Historical Digital Cartography Catalogue historical cartography of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia can be accessed and downloaded.
Prices for prints are governed by the Law 4/1988, July 5, Fees and Public Prices of Andalusia (BOJA No 55, July 14, 1988).
The registration for courses, seminars and workshops organized by the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia will have costs fixed by the number of teaching hours, which will be 6.130323 Euros per teaching hour (BOJA No. 98, 2003).
According to the AGREEMENT of May 6, 2003 (BOJA No. 98, 2003) the following bodies, organizations and institutions will be exempt from payment of statistical publications:
The agencies named in point 1 will be not subject to the payment of public fees for customized exploitations, and the other bodies, organizations, institutions, positions and departments referred to in points 2 to 10 will have a reduction of 50% of the retail price.
Moreover requests made by periodic informants (several times a year) of the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia will have a 50% reduction of retail prices for statistical information services and for customized methodological developments.
Payment to the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia of any product or service will be made through the 046 model, available in the virtual office of the Ministry of the Treasury and Public Administration.
