Accessibility and standards
The pages of the web site www.juntadeandalucia.es/institutodeestadisticaycartografia have been designed and revised following guidelines laid out in the document 'Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0' (Directrices de Accesibilidad al Contenido Web 1.0), issued by the working group WAI of the W3C.
The main page and the thematic index pages, the initial pages of each product and the initial pages of the services have an accessibility WAI - level DOUBLE-A, the rest of the pages have level WAI-A.
The pages have been developed following HTML 4.01 standards and CSS 2.0 style sheets.

Communication mechanisms
In accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, interested persons may use the following electronic communication channels:
- Form for communications on accessibility requirements, with the purpose of:
- Report any possible non-compliance by the website or its mobile application with accessibility requirements.
- Convey other content access difficulties.
- Formulate any other query or suggestion for improvement regarding the accessibility of the website or its application for mobile devices.
- Accessible Information Request Form, that allows to request the information related to contents that are:
- Excluded from the scope of application of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7.
- Exempt from compliance with accessibility requirements for imposing a disproportionate burden.
- Accessibility Compliance Complaint Form.
As a complementary channel, the telephone number 900 101 407 is made available to users from Monday to Friday from 9 am. at 2:00 p.m.
